Career Overview
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science at Florida Polytechnic University. In my role as a Sr. Operations Analyst at RNDC, I work closely with the Director of Operations, operations management, and the C-suite to develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and data tracking systems. My responsibilities include providing in-depth business analysis and analytical support to facilitate data-driven decision-making. I also participate in team meetings and collaborate with other data analysts to achieve common goals, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to optimize daily operations and drive strategic initiatives.
